Toronto B2B Marketers Unite

B2B Marketing is ripe with innovation, change, and growth these days.  Even still, many industry events and conferences pay little or no attention to what’s working in B2B marketing and what’s not.

This is the first of what will hopefully be an ongoing series of peer networking and knowledge-sharing meetups exclusively for B2B marketers.  Expect some exciting guest speakers sharing their expertise and experiences in focused 20-minute presentations, followed by an open networking session fueled by light munchies and beverages.

It will be small, intimate event with attendance limited to 50 people, so register for free online to secure your ticket.

Confirmed Presentations

The theme of this event is leveraging your organizational knowledge to drive business results. Confirmed speakers so far include:

Mike Dover
Technology, Business and Pop Culture thought leader
Author – Wikibrands: Reinventing Your Company in a Customer-Driven Marketplace

Mike's LinkedIn profile • Mike's Twitter profile • Wikibrands on Twitter

Mike will look at how B2B firms deploy technology to increase the authenticity of conversations they have with their customers. The currency at play within these companies is no longer mass communication and passive consumption, but organizational knowledge and customer engagement. He will discuss how firms harness cognitive surplus and identify organizational hurdles to achieving true community.

Axle Davids
Founder & Brand Technologist, Distility Branding

Exploration & Commitment: The Essence of Building and Living the Brand

Marketers all talk about building brands and living them, but B2B branding is fraught with challenges - human challenges that lead to conformist, fragmented or diffuse brands. See how Distilty uses technology and group dynamics to create brands that stick, and learn how you too can apply collaborative best practices to your business.
